Well thank you to 101 signatures who have signed our petition against the unbelievable situation we have been put in due to the alleged incompetent management. And for years this has gone on and on. I recently have noticed a lot of Czech Politicians in the media talking about the alleged criminal Mr Bakala and the complex problem surround OKD/NWR including the 44,000 former apartments of OKD.

I will recommend the best next step for all New World resources Shareholders. Please complain to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) . And report the inaction from the Czech Regulator (CNB) and anyone other regulator and or authority that you feel is relevant in our case. And if you believe like me please report the false bankruptcy petition and therefore insolvency. And report how the event was fabricated on one lie after another. I  Recommend all shareholders of NWR as soon as possible send a formal complaint email/letter to the ESMA to take further actions and investigate . Please also make sure you add a link for this Petition to your email.

At the moment spot thermal coal price is 84US +. This does not include transport costs. Glencore has recently settled a yearly contract around the 87 Euro a tonne. So my own best speculation forecast would be for NWR/OKD thermal coal price to settle in the range 70-87 Euro a tonne for 2017.

We the insignificant small humble shareholders of New World Resources will never live the life of such a privileged man like Mr Zdenek Bakala. But our hearts yearn for swift justice and we beg for divine intervention. But we would be happy if Mr Bakala returned all the money he swindled out of NWR. And by a miracle if the authorities released the suspension of shares and canceled the bankruptcy petition. We can only wish for such nice dreams!.

For information Neovlivní.cz diary shows that current investigations are indeed suggesting violation of the law in the management of OKD . The verdict, whether it be for the accused directly billionaire Zdenek Bakala as a former owner or the only one of its managers, officers going according to preliminary estimates, in the first half of this year.

Before the decision to OKD but we are awaiting the European anti-fraud office OLAF. That solves a year, if he was in a grant for farm Stork's Nest finance minister and currently the most powerful policy 

The results of OLAF investigations eagerly awaits Czech police that the subsidy for Stork's Nest is also examining. As long as OLAF decides, the police issued an opinion. In a politically sensitive case, namely the Commissioner, who is in charge of the case, still not zealously not involved. He even had until March to extend the deadline on their work.

Please help us we beg you, it's time for some swift justice against those who have wronged us hard working normal and insignificant shareholders of New World Resources.
