Well thank you to 101 signatures who have signed our petition against the unbelievable situation we have been put in due to the alleged incompetent management. And for years this has gone on and on. I recently have noticed a lot of Czech Politicians in the media talking about the alleged criminal Mr Bakala and the complex problem surround OKD/NWR including the 44,000 former apartments of OKD.

I will recommend the best next step for all New World resources Shareholders. Please complain to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) . And report the inaction from the Czech Regulator (CNB) and anyone other regulator and or authority that you feel is relevant in our case. And if you believe like me please report the false bankruptcy petition and therefore insolvency. And report how the event was fabricated on one lie after another. I  Recommend all shareholders of NWR as soon as possible send a formal complaint email/letter to the ESMA to take further actions and investigate . For information Neovlivní.cz diary shows that current investigations are indeed suggesting violation of the law in the management of OKD . The verdict, whether it be for the accused directly billionaire Zdenek Bakala as a former owner or the only one of its managers, officers going according to preliminary estimates, in the first half of this year.

Before the decision to OKD but we are awaiting the European anti-fraud office OLAF. That solves a year, if he was in a grant for farm Stork's Nest finance minister and currently the most powerful policy 

The results of OLAF investigations eagerly awaits Czech police that the subsidy for Stork's Nest is also examining. As long as OLAF decides, the police issued an opinion. In a politically sensitive case, namely the Commissioner, who is in charge of the case, still not zealously not involved. He even had until March to extend the deadline on their work.

22 Dec 2016 Thursday Peabody Coal said it expects to cut its debt to $1.95 billion from more than $8 billion US and exit it's Bankruptcy petition sometime in the second quarter of 2017. New World Resources has only about 109 Million Euro dollars of debts recognised at the moment. And the debt notes for NWR are PIK Payment in Kind. Sometime in early 2017 NWR/OKD will be able to pay cash for all outstanding debts. So let the show continue.

Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corp have agreed on the price for premium coking coal contact for Q1 2017 at $285US or around the $269 Euro dollars a tonne.

Q1 2017 Coking coal contract for OKD/NWR should now settle around the 269 Euro a tonne level.

I would be guessing that next at OKD the reserves will be upgraded and for a new Coal Mining Plan to be released that will extend production out for many more years. But I am sure coking coal and thermal coal reserves for NWR/OKD will be revised upwards and very soon as in days or weeks. Due to the fact that it was uneconomic for OKD/NWR to mine coal at these past and very low coal prices used when this report was issued in December 2015.

Peabody filed for Chapter 11 protection in April, after a sharp decline in coal prices left it unable to service $10 billion of debt. A creditor fight launched by some of Wall Street's most litigious investment funds, Aurelius Capital Management and Elliott Management, put the reorganization on hold.

Peabody expects to file its reorganization plan by mid-December and hopes to exit bankruptcy within a year of its April 2016 filing, Svec said.

Peabody's shares, which fell to a record low of $0.55 after its Chapter 11 filing in April, reached $10.70 in over-the-counter trading on Wednesday.

Friday 25 November 2016. China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is now allowing coking coal mines to work 330 days and this could adding up to 7800000 extra coal per month to the global market.

Well I do hope everyone including the Czech Government and OKD is listening to what China's NDRC is planning. Coking coal prices will not stay at these lucky and very high prices for to much longer. Maybe I could speculate Q1 2017 will be peak price for coking coal. Thermal coal prices I would speculate will and already have started to fall to more normal levels.

This liquidation of NWR is false. The company is now making massive profits. But I am sure that all directors will be questioned by the liquidator.

This will lead to the questioning of Lord Purport Bakala as he was a shadow director and majority owner of New World Resources until February 2016.

Bakala will be held responsible for the insolvency of NWR. I can only presume he will be charged in the future by law. Remember no one is above the law and the company can not indentify anyone from illegal activities if proven in a court of law. May justice be served against those who have wronged us minority share holders of NWR. And may the debt note liability holders get what they deserver for causing this false bankruptcy.

In my humble opinion I feel so very sorry for AHG Group and all the other bond, note liabilities. That I wish for the Czech Government, The regional Court in Ostrava and the administrator to give them all 1 that’s right one share ( Yedno akcie) as compensation in full. These share that Bakala gave back to the company. And Citibank S.A your money you borrowed to NWR it's in Bakala's bank account in Switzerland. Why don't you go and get it back!. Besides that you can write all the bad debt of as a loss.

In my opinion AHG Group and there citibank S.A caused all this trouble with there false bankruptcy.

And all us share holders of New World Resources have and are suffering from the corrupt and alleged incompetent directors behaviour.

In 2008 Lord Purport Bakala borrowed the money from citibank and loaded that debt onto New World Resources and mislead investors. So I am telling AHG group and Citibank go and get it back from Mr Bakala!. No one is above the law and it's written when in insolvency bankruptcy. The administrator and courts decide everything!.

And I can promise you I have waited years for this miracle of a rally to happen with the coking/thermal coal . And I wish and I really want to sell all my shares at the real market prices now or at the latest if say Q1 of 2017 Coking coal prices went even higher which I speculate they will go higher. I would now have a stop loss issued and set to sell all my shares but that ability has been taken from me by the AHG group and alleged incompetent directors.

I could be wrong, but I think the chance is small. That this planned liquidation could get us a good price and then later we could sue company and directors in court. Well maybe this could be best for us shareholders but this would also take a few years to achieve some good results.

Well reading this European Union Law “International jurisdiction 1” does mean in my limted understanding that the Czech Court in Ostrava has total control over all of New World Resources/OKD. Also I would assume in act (16) the Ostrava Court could order provisional protective measures for Karbonia S.A Dębieńsko even to apply in another member state like the Netherlands. And the Netherlands part of NWR would only be able to sell assets held within the Netherlands and not in any other countries So lets hope someone please Regulators is listening or our complaints get answered.

New World Resources and their alleged incompetent directors released this Explanatory Liquidation Circular  on the 17 Oct 2016 and in writting they claim 100% increase but in truth 240% or 340% is the true price increase from what I have previously said. The recorded LOW price of coking coal was $72 dollars in November 2015. I hope the regulators are reading this news right now.

FCA changed to regulators, so the petition can include the other countries regulators like the FCA. As I have personally sent letters to FCA (UK), CNB (Czech), AFM (Netherlands) regulators and this may also include Poland very soon.

The last few weeks have been long and stressful but I am very determined not to let anyone in this world stop me. I have personally lost to much over the last few years over my New World Resources shares. But things may not be bad as we all believe or think. I am now thinking maybe a new idea and not giving up on the petition in anyway. I am now wishing for a “white knight” in English a person who will come to our aid like Pavol Krupa from Archa capital!. We could all join forces together and take legal action and sue Zdenek Bakala former director of New World Resources for breach of his duties and responsibilities as a company director. He and the other directors could have just sold the coal stock pile and this insolvency bankruptcy petition would have never happened!. I have also personally written so many emails to NWR and so many times telling them to sell that massive coal stock pile. And I am willing to give and use these past written emails/letters as evidence in any court against the directors of NWR and that’s a promise. And I think I even called Bakala corrupt in the past in my emails that is if I remember correctly.
