22 Dec 2016 Thursday Peabody Coal said it expects to cut its debt to $1.95 billion from more than $8 billion US and exit it's Bankruptcy petition sometime in the second quarter of 2017. New World Resources has only about 109 Million Euro dollars of debts recognised at the moment. And the debt notes for NWR are PIK Payment in Kind. Sometime in early 2017 NWR/OKD will be able to pay cash for all outstanding debts. So let the show continue.

May my wish come true for Lord Purport Mr Zdenek Bakala to return all the money he plundered from New World Resources to be returned immediately . Or for justice to swiftly served upon him. Also I believe the former alleged incompetent directors and AHG Group need to be investigated for failing their duties and responsibilities. Being a shareholder I personally feel very cheated and deceived with an unbelievable amount of misinformation from far to many people.

13 Dec 2016 OKD CEO Dale Ekmark said in September this year if not for Paskov we would be making money a profit!.

Well for people who do not know. September was part of Q3 2016 when Coking coal price was settled at $92.50 US dollars a tonne.

Q4 2016 October-November-December 2016 coking coal price was settled at $200US/180EURO a tonne.

OKD CEO Dale Ekmark has confirmed that OKD is now making massive profits. Just imagine what the profit margins will now be in a few weeks at the start of January 2017 as coking coal prices have settled at $285US/269Euro a tonne.

Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corp have agreed on the price for premium coking coal contact for Q1 2017 at $285US or around the $269 Euro dollars a tonne.

Q1 2017 Coking coal contract for OKD/NWR should now settle around the 269 Euro a tonne level.

NWR/OKD should have cash costs around 60 to 65 Euro a tonne maybe lower. So OKD will now make MASSIVE amounts of cash in a few weeks. I wish they can increase production of coking coal at the mines.

Peabody 10 Dec 2016 latest coking coal price forecasts.

I would be guessing that next at OKD the reserves will be upgraded and for a new Coal Mining Plan to be released that will extend production out for many more years. Due to the current and future forecast upgrades to both Thermal and Coking coal pricing. And now the economic value to produce coal has vastly improved.

I wish and pray for us the small insignificant shareholders of New World Resources. To receive justice against and compensation from those who have wronged and cheated us. May the Czech government not forget us too.

Now coking and thermal coal prices are a lot higher

But I am sure coking coal and thermal coal reserves for NWR/OKD will be revised upwards and very soon as in days or weeks. Due to the fact that it was uneconomic for OKD/NWR to mine coal at these past and very low coal prices used when this report was issued in December 2015.

May as small insignificant shareholders who have suffered under so much duress for so many years. Be very lucky and get some good news soon. And those who have wronged us may justice be swiftly served on you. And I wish that you get forced to pay us compensation too.

CHICAGO, Nov 23 (Reuters) - U.S. coal producer Peabody Energy Corp said on Wednesday it is closer to exiting bankruptcy, with a debt dispute between creditors fizzling as a recent increase in coal prices boosts their chances for recovery.

Peabody filed for Chapter 11 protection in April, after a sharp decline in coal prices left it unable to service $10 billion of debt. A creditor fight launched by some of Wall Street's most litigious investment funds, Aurelius Capital Management and Elliott Management, put the reorganization on hold.

Peabody expects to file its reorganization plan by mid-December and hopes to exit bankruptcy within a year of its April 2016 filing, Svec said.

Peabody's shares, which fell to a record low of $0.55 after its Chapter 11 filing in April, reached $10.70 in over-the-counter trading on Wednesday.

My apology Peabody Coal will exit  it's backruptcy petition by next April 2017. But shares have had the past share suspension lifted.  I wish and pray for a miracle that New World Resources will get the share suspension lifted very soon.

Friday 25 November 2016. China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is now allowing coking coal mines to work 330 days and this could adding up to 7800000 extra coal per month to the global market.

Well I do hope everyone including the Czech Government and OKD is listening to what China's NDRC is planning. Coking coal prices will not stay at these lucky and very high prices for to much longer. Maybe I could speculate Q1 2017 will be peak price for coking coal. Thermal coal prices I would speculate will and already have started to fall to more normal levels.

All I can say is that I wish and pray for “Justice” to be severed swiftly on you Lord Purport Bakala, and all the NWR former Directors and the AHG Group for your alleged crimes. I recommend that us small insignificant shareholders look towards and maybe it's best for us to start a class action of our own. Or hopefully a white knight like Pavol krupa will emerge and we can share in starting another new class action against the former directors for compensation.

I will keep praying for this wonderful miracle of a Coking/Thermal coal rally to continue higher and higher and make new record highs. Thermal coal may coal go down from recen highes but I will hope for the best.
