Serious now how much money has AHG group and Lord Purport Bakala lost by not listening to me and others?. Maybe 2 or 3 billion euro dollars sakra !

I hope justice is swiftly served on you the AHG Group and all the former directors of NWR.

Lets Pray the Czech Government does not forget that us insignificant little normal people are also heart broken shareholders. And I will keep praying too for this miracle coking/thermal rally to continue onwards and last longer than anyone can anticipate.  

This liquidation of NWR is false. The company is now making massive profits. But I am sure that all directors will be questioned by the liquidator.

This will lead to the questioning of Lord Purport Bakala as he was a shadow director and majority owner of New World Resources until February 2016.

Bakala will be held responsible for the insolvency of NWR. I can only presume he will be charged in the future by law. Remember no one is above the law and the company can not indentify anyone from illegal activities if proven in a court of law. May justice be served against those who have wronged us minority share holders of NWR. And may the debt note liability holders get what they deserver for causing this false bankruptcy.

I have heard a rumour that the AHG group is about to offer each New World Resources shareholder 35pence LSE, PSE 10.56KC, WSE 1.7zloty per share.

This must be to stop the remaining shareholders of NWR from taking legal actions and to halt the Regulators/Czech/Court/ Goverment from taking further actions against the AGH Group.

Please note: It is not true about the take over offer above from AHG group to buy us out. We are only poor little normal human beings and insignificant shareholders. But one day we can wish for divine intervention for this disgusting and alleged criminal actions against us the long suffering NWR shareholders.

In my humble opinion I feel so very sorry for AHG Group and all the other bond, note liabilities. That I wish for the Czech Government, The regional Court in Ostrava and the administrator to give them all 1 that’s right one share ( Yedno akcie) as compensation in full. These share that Bakala gave back to the company. And Citibank S.A your money you borrowed to NWR it's in Bakala's bank account in Switzerland. Why don't you go and get it back!. Besides that you can write all the bad debt of as a loss.

In my opinion AHG Group and there citibank S.A caused all this trouble with there false bankruptcy.

And all us share holders of New World Resources have and are suffering from the corrupt and alleged incompetent directors behaviour.

In 2008 Lord Purport Bakala borrowed the money from citibank and loaded that debt onto New World Resources and mislead investors. So I am telling AHG group and Citibank go and get it back from Mr Bakala!. No one is above the law and it's written when in insolvency bankruptcy. The administrator and courts decide everything!.

And I can promise you I have waited years for this miracle of a rally to happen with the coking/thermal coal . And I wish and I really want to sell all my shares at the real market prices now or at the latest if say Q1 of 2017 Coking coal prices went even higher which I speculate they will go higher. I would now have a stop loss issued and set to sell all my shares but that ability has been taken from me by the AHG group and alleged incompetent directors.

I could be wrong, but I think the chance is small. That this planned liquidation could get us a good price and then later we could sue company and directors in court. Well maybe this could be best for us shareholders but this would also take a few years to achieve some good results.

Well reading this European Union Law “International jurisdiction 1” does mean in my limted understanding that the Czech Court in Ostrava has total control over all of New World Resources/OKD. Also I would assume in act (16) the Ostrava Court could order provisional protective measures for Karbonia S.A Dębieńsko even to apply in another member state like the Netherlands. And the Netherlands part of NWR would only be able to sell assets held within the Netherlands and not in any other countries So lets hope someone please Regulators is listening or our complaints get answered.

New World Resources and their alleged incompetent directors released this Explanatory Liquidation Circular  on the 17 Oct 2016 and in writting they claim 100% increase but in truth 240% or 340% is the true price increase from what I have previously said. The recorded LOW price of coking coal was $72 dollars in November 2015. I hope the regulators are reading this news right now.

FCA changed to regulators, so the petition can include the other countries regulators like the FCA. As I have personally sent letters to FCA (UK), CNB (Czech), AFM (Netherlands) regulators and this may also include Poland very soon.

My emails sent to the regulators have included most of my own personal letter's/emails to New World Resources. I encourage all other share holders to do the same against New World Resources.
