OKD and alleged Babis's role in the liquidation proces

Babis's allegedly and may have used Agrofert employees to conduct the negotiations of the liquidation process in someway regarding OKD?.

I do prefer to keep out of any fight with Mr Babis.

I do know the Czech Government has committed thievery of OKD from us minority shareholders of New World Resources and this is very wrong and also corrupt in my opinion.

But let it be known I only want to help solve the thievery from us Minority shareholders & investors of OKD and New World Resources and those problems regarding the theft and plunder and so on as being wronged by so many. Czech state got 55.4% of value of what Bakala paid for 100% of OKD sold 45.88%

And not what most of the Czech media and politicians are falsely claiming that the Czech state lost 5.7 billion in its minority shareholding sale in 2004 . The prosecutor claimed of OKD being valued at 9.8 billion is NOT correct!.

Because Bakala bought OKD through his company Charles Capital.

“According to Charles Capital's financial statement for 2004, the purchase price was only 4.01 billion (czk) crowns to buy OKD, which is a little less than Karbon Invest had paid a few month’s earlier from the Czech state in 2004 privatisation sale of its remaining 45.88% minority shareholding to Viktor Koláček and Petr Otava.

Viktor Koláček and Petr Otava sold OKD at a LOSS to Bakala it's a fact!.

Czech Republic prosecutor proclaiming Czech state lost 5. 7 billion czk. Its not possible when thermal coal at the time in Czech Government documents quote thermal coal prices around $26.75 and coking coal around $50-$60 . Note the current 29^th September 2018 pricing of thermal coal is $101+ and coking coal around $200+!.

So it seems it's now a fact that the Czech government got 55.4% of value of what Bakala paid for the whole (100%) OKD which is 7.4 billion czk.

Which is all the evidence and is indisputable in any reasonable Court on this Planet.

That the Czech Republic in 2004 privatisation sale of OKD sold it's remaining minority 45.88% shareholding in OKD and received at or above market prices that was 4.1 billion czk and is proof and a fact that can not be changed.

Communist Spekulativni marionette wannabe into OKD. Bakala laughs at

Zdenek Bakala has now officially refused to attend the waist of time Commission that does not any legal powers like a Court.

But its a fact that Switzerland is not a member of the Euro zone. Czech law and courts have no jurisdiction what so ever over getting Zdenek Bakala charged while he lives in Switzerland!.

Also Czech Government sold the majority of OKD including former OKD apartments in late 1996. So in Czech law I believe it's all time barred by a 20 year limit.

As you can see in my letter to Lee Louda and OKD management that the only way Bakala will ever be brought to justice.

Is if all these time wasting games played by the nameless faces in Czech Government stop the waist off time Court cases in regards to OKD.

So the UK FCA Regulator can take leadership and control of the complex situation that Bakala allegedly created around OKD. UK is a financial hub of high world standards. And they can and will cooperate with the ESMA European Regulator and many other agencies.

The UK regulator also has close financial ties with Switzerland, that the Czech Republic is not so lucky to have.

The whole world can see what I am writing and I am prepared to make the call.

The Czech Republic has little or no plan to bring Zdenek Bakala to justice. The Czech Government only cares for the theft and nationalisation of OKD. And not willing to change the old Communist laws to stop people uniting against anyone or the Czech Government.

Zdenek Bakala laughs at all Czech Politicians especially the ones he has paid off and given donations too. And the 120+ billion CZK, 5 billion euro, 7+ billion Australian, Bakala plundered, committed tunnel fraud among other financial crimes(INCOMPETENCE) against us minority shareholders of New World Resources/OKD and all the Czech people and we must never forget the former OKD apartment tenants. Where have I seen this before, this new Czech Proposal of a new tax on all mining companies within all the Czech lands?. Who will be the next target and will big business stand back and let the Czech politicians make new taxes which may or most likely make especially foreign companies unprofitable. And who will be the next target??. Just look at what has been done to us minority shareholders of OKD/ New World Resources. We the petition signers call it thievery of our highly profitable assets of OKD that made around 8 billion Czk profit over 2017 and the Czech Government alleged stole it back for under 80 million Czk.

I am afraid a few of the local Prague minority shareholders can not help at this moment. So once again I get a massive workload put on me in a country I am not a citizen of and have a limited understanding about as well.

AT this stage I still am very sure Czech laws do not have Class and or group actions. So not up-to western standards and makes it very hard for us.
Most likely we will have to put money down upfront of the court case.
Unlike the much preferred and unavailable Class/group actions where lawyers take around 10% net fee. And a leader like myself may take a small and lesser percentage.

I will do my best to get a letter in English written over the weekend. And use google translator to have it repeated in Czech.

I am a guest and on holidays in Prague. I love the Czech Republic and ultimately Zdenek Bakala is responsible. But also in my opinion the Czech Government has stolen OKD from us minority shareholders and we are innocent of any crimes.

We really need someone within the Czech Republic to help us. Please if there is any big business, lawyers, or fellow shareholders and or anyone or person who can help us with our cause.
We urgently need help and or the costs payed to start a court case in Prague for the alleged theft of OKD from us the minority shareholders of NWR.

OKD.a.s profit in 2003 was a small 9-13 million Euro. Before NWR there was OKD!

Most coal miners would trade on or near earning multiplies around 10-13 times (PE ratios). The Czech government sold its remaining 44.8% minority shareholding in 2004, which at the time valued OKD at 370,000,000 euros, was worth 130-169 million euros.

So Czech republic really did get market prices when it sold OKD and all its coal mines in between 1998 and early 2004. The machinery and expenses cost to run and work and mine all add up.

It's a fact, just look at global coal prices it's all the evidence the world can see with its own eyes.

Look at my letters posted online so you and the whole world can see OKD/NWR 6th January 2018 letter).OKD has top secret hidden cash costs around 60 euro/ 73.33 us dollars a tonne. OKD Coking coal cash costs are very good. But thermal coal cash costs for produced coal equivalent is high.As you can see in my letter from 2014 to NWR/OKD. The same applies to the future years of OKD. Thermal coal will be replaced more and more by renewable s like solar power, wind, hydro, geo thermal, batteries,lithium.So the “Incompetence” in regards to the running of OKD must stop. So where else in the world can you get an alleged Government company called Prisko to buy out OKD and only have to pay 3+ million euro for such a highly profitable company. OKD allegedly makes more profit than 3 million euro in a few days. Obviously no shame to lie and use thievery in my opinion by nameless alleged dishonest people.

Next Subject, Great to finally see at least one politician stand up and talk about the shambles that Czech Politics has become at the moment. And the most obsessive chatter about OKD. To all my fellow friends and minority shareholders of New World Resources. This year is coming to an end. But we are still being wronged, and cheated by so many people who should know better.

Has anyone noticed that there is no “Captain” yet for this new investigative commission into OKD. Well maybe they found some top secret news from 2004 or even further back from the 1990s. But I seriously doubt anything new can be found. In my opinion, all I see is an alleged political game of inaction and dishonesty. Czech People are more than smart enough to know they are being deceived and played the fool by so many nameless alleged sycophants .

Related and important news came out on the 20 December 2017 Wednesday . JSW Polish and OKD neighbour in Silesia has publicly said they will invest and expand their coking coal mines production. The amount is a massive 5.33 billion euro and will be used to increase production. The Czechs want to close down our highly profitable OKD that has lower cash costs than their Polish counterparts at JSW. I have a real problem with this and my fellow minority shareholders and I also believe most Czech people can not believe our own eyes.

Perhaps it's time for the Czech people to ask the Czech President Zeman to intervene in regards to OKD. And stop this closing down sale of OKD being done by alleged incompetent nameless people.

So back to my email from Thursday the 7th September 2017. This letter from the UK regulator FCA is in regards to NWR, Bakala, AHG Group, Directors.
Due to legal rights I can not comment and or show you the contents of this letter. But I will show you a small part that I hope will not get me personally into trouble. It is a real case and we the minority shareholders and Pavol Krupa have gone to a lot of trouble to bring justice to those alleged criminals who allegedly destroyed, plundered, bankrupted falsely NWR and OKD. I allege the current Czech courts cases are the real reason stopping the regulators from taking any actions against Bakala, the AHG Group and the former company directors.

To all my fellow friends and minority shareholders of New World Resources. This year is coming to an end. But we are still being wronged, and cheated by so many people who should know better.

Has anyone noticed that there is no “Captain” yet for this new investigative commission into OKD. Well maybe they found some top secret news from 2004 or even further back from the 1990s. But I seriously doubt anything new can be found. In my opinion, all I see is an alleged political game of inaction and dishonesty. Czech People are more than smart enough to know they are being deceived and played the fool by so many nameless alleged sycophants .

Related and important news came out on the 20 December 2017 Wednesday . JSW Polish and OKD neighbour in Silesia has publicly said they will invest and expand their coking coal mines production. The amount is a massive 5.33 billion euro and will be used to increase production. The Czechs want to close down our highly profitable OKD that has lower cash costs than their Polish counterparts at JSW. I have a real problem with this and my fellow minority shareholders and I also believe most Czech people can not believe our own eyes.

Perhaps it's time for the Czech people to ask the Czech President Zeman to intervene in regards to OKD. And stop this closing down sale of OKD being done by alleged incompetent nameless people.

So back to my email from Thursday the 7th September 2017. This letter from the UK regulator FCA is in regards to NWR, Bakala, AHG Group, Directors.
Due to legal rights I can not comment and or show you the contents of this letter. But I will show you a small part that I hope will not get me personally into trouble. It is a real case and we the minority shareholders and Pavol Krupa have gone to a lot of trouble to bring justice to those alleged criminals who allegedly destroyed, plundered, bankrupted falsely NWR and OKD. I allege the current Czech courts cases are the real reason stopping the regulators from taking any actions against Bakala, the AHG Group and the former company directors.

We the minority shareholders of New World Resources have had long past had enough. We have yearned for justice for almost 2 years and nothing has been done against those who have wronged us. The thievery of OKD still continues and must be stopped. OKD must be returned to us the rightful owners or compensation paid.

And the closing down of highly profitable OKD coal mines must be stopped.

Well this is my opinion but what would I know as I am only part Czech, with many Czech friends and 114 petition signers. Czechoslovakia, and from after the date of 1st January 1993 the Country split and they became the Czech and Slovak citizens. So in 1990 citizens could buy into the “Czechoslovakia voucher privatisation” for a 1000KC only a “Czech” o “Slovakian” citizen could buy a voucher book. And then use those vouchers to purchase into upcoming privatised companies or any managed funds of there own choosing.

The Czech state lost it's majority shareholding and control of OKD before 1998!. There are many in my opinion current Czech politicians that are playing a game of deceiving there own Czech People.

Why you ask, Please ask your self and even better ask your politicians that represent and work for your interests.

Why are the Czech Politicians launching one commission after another. And why an expensive Court case in Prague 2 that’s only in regards to OKD privatisation of the governments minority shareholding back in 2004.

Why are Czech Politicians in denial they sold the peoples majority shareholding of OKD in the 1990s. How can the Prague Court solve the problem when the majority ownership of OKD was sold prior to 1998???.

My email from The European Ombudsman confirmed what I thought was true on the 25th of August 2017. Regulators can not take any actions due to the current Court cases in regards to OKD. Both the Prague 2 Court case about the 2004 minority 44.88% privatisation.( Which I am sure the Facts about coal prices going up after Q2 2014 will prove the buyer was just lucky). Ostrava insolvency Court case in regards to OKD. Well we all know OKD is not bankrupt any more and the insolvency must be annulled.

The Insolvency Act -debt relief (oddlužení). Czech Insolvency laws this is my opinion and I am not legally qualified so its my own alleged opinion.

But why didn’t the Insolvency court in Ostrava use c) debt relief in regards to OKD and save Paskov. Sorry it's to late my apologies.

In my opinion this would have been justice to punish Citibank and AHG Group like they deserve in my alleged unqualified opinion.

Part 7 The decision that the debtor is not bankrupt § 158.- OKD is not bankrupt because it's solvent and making massive profits!.

Part 8 Cancellation of bankruptcy § 308- Why after 1 year and almost 7 month's does this game of inaction continue?. Please how can OKD be bankrupt in 2004??. OKD was not bankrupt in 2004 when coking coal was at 58usd or less and thermal coal was in the 40+ usd range!. Please we all know the truth!!. Simple maths

Because of the current inactions, counter suing at the Czech Courts especially the insolvency Court in Ostrava.

It's stopping the legal process that the regulators must take before any actions for alleged crimes. Bet you didn’t know that!!!.

So if you want to catch Bakala, you know what must be done urgently!!!.

Czech Industry Minister Jan Mladek- I know at every chance the town crier said the Czech Government would only pay 1CZK for 100% of OKD. But I am very confused because the Czech Government sold it's minority shareholding of OKD in 2004 and the market valued OKD at the time at 370 million Euro???. - And coking coal at the time in 2004 was selling at 46usd a tonne until 30th March 2004. 23 Nov 2017 I have sent a formal complaint to Prague 2 District Court in regards to what is written here about OKD. After many days and nights of intense thinking and great reluctance. I sent our petition names to the Czech Courts. I am sorry but European Commission wants the Czech courts to handle the case. I wish, hope and pray that the District Court in Prague 2 will ensure something is done about getting prime justice served on Bakala!. 2 .I feel AHG Group must get in trouble for the falsely issued bankruptcy petition and selling illegally Debiensko in Poland. Same again why didn't AHG Group sell the coal stock pile?.
3. All former directors of NWR/OKD must also be investigated for crimes too. And refusing to sell the company owned stockpile of coal.
4 .Incompetence!.

Czech Government, Courts, Media, Lee Louda Administrator, OKD Creditors committee and supervisory board. Please do the right thing and lets not fight each other. Bakala has stolen billions of Euro dollars from the Czech Republic. He is our enemy and he must be brought to justice for his alleged crimes.

I have not received an answer from European Ombudsman, FCA, Serious Fraud Office. I did proceed to next stage with European commission but note I am not a European citizen but all my ancestry is and most petition signers are also European.

I still feel we will get Justice, but I do not know in what form?. UK Regulator most likely will take charge. But do not rule out the ESMA and European Commission too. And at a later date in the future I will be very happy to thank the European Ombudsman.

Metal Bulletin’s assessment of prices for Chinese domestic hard coking coal in Shanxi’s spot market, delivered to Tangshan, was 1,250-1,550 yuan ($183-227) on Friday May 26. This compares with 1,450-1,610 yuan ($210-233) per tonne on April 28. The first drop came during the week ended May 5, when the price for lower-grade, higher sulphur coking coal dropped to 1,400 yuan ($205) per tonne from 1,450 yuan ($212) per tonne, amid softening coke prices in China and a stagnant seaborne coking coal market. By the final week of May, prices for S1.3 Shanxi coking coal delivered to Tangshan mills had fallen to 1,250-1,280 yuan ($183-187) per tonne. NWR updates will you join Mr Krupa in our fight in Switzerland to get Bakala brought to justice!!!!

Lets get Mr Bakala brought to justice. Is anyone here going to arrange to go to Switzerland with Mr Krupa to get Bakala brought to justice. I am in Australia so it's very hard for me personally . I do recommend for all shareholders to attend if possible. Maybe if some shareholders speak in person with Mr Krupa we can organise a class action against NWR/OKD.
. And we all know that we are being deceived and lied too.
Most likely if Mr Krupa and supporters of our cause. Maybe we can get justice against Bakala or media attention gets to him and his dark heart changes its mind. He may by a miracle return the money and or as the majority shareholder??. Who knows what this theater show could bring next.

Regulators and ESMA authorities my best guess would intervene soon as the process I can only estimate will take up-to 9 months since our first complaint. Of course I need many other complaints to back me up that I am not crazy and making up a story. I do believe and wish, pray for divine intervention in New World Resources, OKD. And justice and criminal charges against those who have wronged cheated and stolen our assets.

I have a new idea, dobrey napad 6th May 2017. We should write to the Czech President Miloš Zeman!. He hates Bakala, and has called him a criminal many times in the media,
But maybe best for a Czech person to write on our behalf. As I personally, maybe not polite enough to convey our message in a subtle way.

Please do not give up complain and complain to everyone relevant to our case with NWR/OKD. This is only how we can get people, regulators, authorities to listen and do something.
When a regulator or authority does not answer you. Most likely it means they are doing something but they can not disclose information. They will tell you if they can not help you. Trust me I know this much.

Please note I have also written to OKD a few times and including on behalf of all the people who signed our petition against NWR. We own OKD maybe small shareholders but we are legally the part owners of OKD. This behaviour from OKD is not acceptable and illegal.

This letter helps prove that us the minority shareholders of New World Resources are right.

We must all join forces and fight for what is right!.

We must stop all those who have wronged, cheated and deceived us!.

Make those accountable who have committed criminal acts.

Have our New World Resources shares returned to the capital stock-markets because it's now solvent!. Therefore it can not be bankrupt.

Sue for damages against Bakala, AHG Group, alleged incompetent Directors . And the Czech Government and their authorities for stealing our assets.

We are normal hard working human beings. And will not have our legal rights taken from us when we have done no wrong.

NWR minority shareholders urgent attention needed.

Hi Everyone,

My Czech is very basic and I am better at speaking Czech Than Written understanding. This latest Czech OKD reorganization document is only 94 pages and is in Czech. Are we being Deceived Because this document could be different to the 2200 page document Shown in the media and given to the Czech Court in Ostrava ?.

Could the Czech Government be giving us all ?? misinformation. And will do the right thing by us. I certainly hope this is the case. But in truth II can not believe this Would happen. I feel in my opinion That the Czech Government and LEAs are stealing our assets, shareholding in New World Resources, OKD. And being Dishonest about the true position of OKD Which is I am sure making massive profits.

The Czech Government, Czech Authorities, CNB, Administrator, Creditor committee and Czech Courts are using and making fabricated documents to use thievery to steal our minority shareholding of OKD which is 100% owned by New World Resources. I am the original owner of this petition against OKD/NWR and I do speak on behalf of all people who signed my petition.

On that note I respectfully ask and plead to you the ESMA, to take our case to the Council of the European Union and the European Commission . Minority shareholders of NWR are normal human beings not criminals. We are the legal minority owners of OKD. We must take legal action and sue for damages against those who have wronged, deceived and cheated us!. I do wish for a miracle for the ESMA authority to take action against NWR/OKD as soon as possible and contact the European commission to intervene us this show is casing damage to investors in the capital markets of Europe!.

I wish us minority share holders of New World Resources best of luck to be proven right. And have this falsely issued bankruptcy annulled including the toxic debt notes. And this suspension of shares released over NWR.

I wish for coking coal and thermal coal prices to rally higher than ever before to new record high prices. And last longer than anyone can forecast or anticipate.

Hello all, Aussie Czech Shareholder is back. Well the show goes on. And the same lies are being told by politicians and the media. Coking coal is now having another massive rally. So New World Resources for Q2 2017 will again be making massive profits. Q3 2017 will be better than forecast too. Thermal coal prices are now also having a smaller rally in pricing.

I think its best that we the minority shareholders of NWR, soon look at taking legal action against those who have wronged us.

OKD 17 march 2017 OKD issued new shares to NWR. B.V valued at 10.086,800,000 CZK.

What is this OKD is now worth money.

OKD Q1 coking coal alleged coking coal price 215-240 Euro a tonne. Thermal coal 80 euro a tonne. OKD cash costs around 65 euro a tonne. Paskov closed in a few weeks forecast cash costs for OKD should drop to 60 Euro a tonne.

Simple maths

MASSIVE PROFITS that most companies can only dream about.

You can count me in. Aussie will also add 10000CZK of my own money to join us together to bid for OKD. Please every one ask by emailing for required OKD documents and ask to be allowed to bid. Then we should all bid 2,3,4,5 CZK just to screw with them like their doing to us. And on last day bid the full amount.

Does anyone have Jan Maldek email?????. Politicians can not be trusted. They will say and tell everyone what they want to hear. I still wish and hope it's all a show but I am only guessing.
