It seems that OKD produced 1611 Kt oc coal in Q4 and 6800 Kt in 2016.
Assuming that
- they sold all production in Q4, (mix 60% of coaking coal + 40% heating coal)
- 130 EUR/t for coaking coal and 60 EUR for heating coal plus 65 EUR /t of cost
they could have earned 60M EUR only in Q4.
JSW (polish coal producer) earned 70M EUR net in Q4, but it is known that JSW has higher production costs than OKD....

Doeas anyone know how to propose a resolution for GM?
As in December The OKD board should present restructuring plan for OKD, it's too soon for the shareholders to vote on on whether to resolve to place NWR into voluntary liquidation.
Can we, as minority shareholder propose a resolution for postponing GM at the date after restructuring plan for OKD is known.
Otherwise all shareholders can make wrong desition and liquidation resolution can be easily disputed in the court.

Price: 200$ for coaking coal, 85$ for thermal coal
Cost: 65 EUR/t, i.e. ~71,666 USD/t
Profit: 576 mln USD!!! (i.e. 14,17 bln CZK)
And now they want to put NWR into liquidation!!!!!

The las info that M&G (=Prudential) is calling shareholders meeteng to vote on NWR's liquidation is very anxious.
M&G is a part of AHG group, which means together they have 60% votes. So if they want to put NWR into liquidation, they will do it!
Mybe they want to sell OKD to other company as they did wit Debiensko an liquidation is the 1st step?
